18 Mo. Checkup

Dr. Nichols was fine as long as he stayed on the other side of the room, but when he came over to listen to Sophie's heart, check her ears, etc. she let him know she didn't like it! She weighed 21 pounds 3 ounces and was 31-1/4 inches (9th and 38th percentiles, respectively). She's not tall anymore! Her head was in the 90th percentile still. She got two shots. We talked about TV watching, tantrums, vitamins, and her teeth (I think they're crooked on top; he said they looked fine). Oh yeah, and giving up the binky...he said he didn't mind if we wait until after the holidays. She is doing really, really good at only having it when she sleeps. I'm just so afraid to mess with her awesome sleeping! At least he gave us a little more time. :) All in all, a good appointment!
